Women’s health acupuncture in Boulder & Longmont

About Well Woman Acupuncture

Navigating women’s health can be complex, personal, and at times overwhelming. Many of our patients come to us seeking care that feels both clinically informed and genuinely attentive to the whole picture.

We Take A Different Approach

At Well Woman Acupuncture, we specialize in women’s health across every stage of life. Our care is individualized, thoughtful, and grounded in experience. We take time to listen, ask the right questions, and understand how symptoms fit into the larger patterns of your health, not just how to manage them.

Our goal is to provide care that feels steady, responsive, and supportive. Whether you are addressing a specific concern or looking for deeper balance and regulation, we approach each patient with clarity, respect, and collaboration.

Our Focus

Acupuncture for fertility supports the physiological systems involved in reproduction while addressing factors that influence reproductive health over time.

We are experts in women’s health care.

Our clinic supports a wide range of concerns, including:

Care is always individualized and evolves as your needs change.

Our approach to care

When your body feels out of balance, it can be hard to know where to start. Our approach combines clinical experience with careful listening and collaborative planning.

We listen

We take time to understand your health history, symptoms, and lived experience so care is informed and responsive.

We plan

Treatment plans may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle guidance, and nervous system support. When helpful, we review laboratory data and other clinical information to better understand underlying patterns and tailor care accordingly. Recommendations are practical and designed to avoid overwhelm.

We collaborate

Acupuncture is complementary care. We encourage patients to continue working with their medical providers and regularly coordinate care or make referrals when appropriate.

We support you along the way

Care evolves as your body changes. We adjust treatment over time and support you through each phase of care.

Our Team

At Well Woman Acupuncture, our practitioners bring depth of training, clinical experience, and thoughtful attention to each visit. We work collaboratively as a team, offering care that is both informed and compassionate, and grounded in a shared commitment to women’s health across every stage of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use lab results or medical records in treatment planning?
Yes. When available, we review relevant lab work, imaging, and medical history to better understand your health picture. This information helps us tailor acupuncture, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations more precisely, alongside a Chinese medicine assessment.
No. While our training is rooted in Chinese medicine, our approach is integrative. We combine traditional pattern-based diagnosis with current scientific understanding, clinical experience, and relevant medical data to guide care.
Yes. Acupuncture is complementary care and is often used alongside conventional medical treatment. Many of our patients are also working with OB-GYNs, reproductive endocrinologists, primary care providers, or specialists.
When appropriate, we are happy to collaborate with your medical providers or suggest referrals. Our goal is to support your care team, not replace it.
Do I need a diagnosis before starting acupuncture?
No. A formal diagnosis is not required. Many patients come in with symptoms that are still being evaluated. Acupuncture can support regulation and symptom patterns while you continue medical workups if needed.
Treatment frequency depends on your concerns, health history, and how your body responds. Many patients begin with weekly care and adjust over time. We discuss recommendations clearly and revisit them as care progresses.
If we feel another type of care would be more appropriate, we will discuss that openly and help guide you toward next steps. Your safety and well-being always come first.
